- Install ZONID from Google Play and open it.
- A welcome box appears. Tap Continue and Allow Notifications and Location. If your phone's GPS is off, tap Turn on in the box Google shows.
- Login: enter your 10-digit mobile number, tap Send OTP, then type the 6-digit OTP from the SMS. Never share this OTP with anyone.
- Open your profile (round picture at the top-left) and save your name, photo, mobile number and address once. They are filled in automatically when you order or book. They are saved only on your phone; if you uninstall the app or clear its data you must enter them again.
- The app works in both Tamil and English.
- Google Play-ல் இருந்து ZONID-ஐ install செய்து திறங்கள்.

- மேல் இடது மூலையில் உள்ள வட்டப் படத்தைத் தட்டி உங்கள் பெயர், படம், மொபைல் எண், முகவரி ஆகியவற்றை ஒரு முறை சேமியுங்கள். ஆர்டர் / புக்கிங் செய்யும்போது அவை தானாக நிரம்பும். அவை உங்கள் போனில் மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படும்; ஆப்பை uninstall செய்தால் அல்லது data-வை clear செய்தால் மீண்டும் உள்ளிட வேண்டும்.
- ஆப் தமிழிலும் ஆங்கிலத்திலும் செயல்படும்.

The home screen has colourful tiles in three groups:

Location IDLocation ID
A ZONID is a unique Location ID for a place such as your home, shop or office.
- Stand outside at the main entrance of the place, under the open sky, and tap Create Location ID on the home screen (GPS must be on).
- Wait a few seconds while ZONID takes an accurate GPS reading.
- Fill in the details asked and save. Your new ID appears under Saved IDs.
- Anyone can find the place with Search ZONID by typing the ID, then open it on the map.
Create the ID outside at the entrance, not inside the building. GPS is less accurate indoors, and the saved location is where you stood at that moment.

ID-ஐ கட்டடத்துக்குள் அல்ல, வெளியே வாசலில் உருவாக்குங்கள். உள்ளே GPS துல்லியம் குறையும்; அந்த நேரத்தில் நீங்கள் நின்ற இடமே சேமிக்கப்படும்.
Nearby shops & ordering (pickup)அருகிலுள்ள கடைகள் & ஆர்டர் (பிக்கப்)
You collect your order from the shop yourself. There is no delivery in this version, and payment is made at the shop.
- Tap Nearby Shops. Shops near you are listed with distance. A greyed shop is Offline and cannot take orders now.
- Open a shop. You see a neat grid of products with photo, price, the old price struck through and a green % OFF tag. Use the search box and the category chips at the top to find items quickly (hotels also have a 🟢 Veg only chip).
- Tap ADD on a product. It changes to − 1 +; use + and − to change the quantity. Tap a product to see its big photo, full details and description. Vehicle shops show brand, model, year, fuel and kilometres. Items that are out of stock are not shown, and a shop that is Closed cannot be ordered from.
- A green bar at the bottom shows your items and total. Tap View Cart to check and change them (up to 30 different items in one order).
- In the cart tap Checkout, then Place Order. Your saved profile address, or your current GPS location, is sent to the shop.
- If your phone's location is off, ZONID shows a small box to turn it on; then press Send again.
- Track it in My Orders:

You get a notification each time the status changes. Use Go to shop to see the route on the map.
ஆர்டரை நீங்களே கடையில் சென்று வாங்கிக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். இந்த பதிப்பில் டெலிவரி இல்லை; பணம் கடையில் செலுத்தவும்.
- Nearby Shops தட்டுங்கள். அருகிலுள்ள கடைகள் தூரத்துடன் காட்டப்படும். மங்கலாகத் தெரியும் கடை Offline; இப்போது ஆர்டர் எடுக்காது.
- கடையைத் திறந்தால் பொருட்கள் அழகான grid-ல் தெரியும்: படம், விலை, கோடிட்ட பழைய விலை, பச்சை % OFF குறி. மேலே உள்ள தேடல் பெட்டி, வகை chips மூலம் விரைவாகத் தேடலாம் (ஹோட்டலில் 🟢 Veg only chip-உம் உண்டு).
- பொருளில் ADD தட்டுங்கள். அது − 1 + ஆக மாறும்; + / − மூலம் எண்ணிக்கையை மாற்றுங்கள். பொருளைத் தட்டினால் பெரிய படம், முழு விவரம், விளக்கம் தெரியும். வாகனக் கடைகளில் brand, model, வருடம், fuel, கி.மீ தெரியும். இருப்பு இல்லாத பொருள் காட்டப்படாது; Closed கடையில் ஆர்டர் செய்ய முடியாது.
- கீழே பச்சைப் பட்டையில் உங்கள் பொருட்களும் மொத்தத் தொகையும் தெரியும். View Cart தட்டி சரிபார்த்து மாற்றலாம் (ஒரு ஆர்டரில் அதிகபட்சம் 30 வகை பொருட்கள்).
- Cart-ஐத் திறந்து பொருட்களைச் சரிபார்த்து Checkout → Place Order தட்டுங்கள். உங்கள் profile முகவரி அல்லது தற்போதைய GPS இடம் கடைக்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.
- போனின் லொகேஷன் ஆஃப் என்றால் ஆன் செய்ய ஒரு சிறிய பெட்டி வரும்; ஆன் செய்த பின் மீண்டும் Send தட்டுங்கள்.
- My Orders-ல் நிலையைப் பாருங்கள்:

Search by AI & voiceAI தேடல் & குரல்
Type what you need in Tamil, English or Tanglish. ZONID searches shops, salons, services, workers, jobs and items together.
- Examples: ladies parlour, bridal makeup, used car, salon, medical shop, electrician, auto, milk.
- Choose a search radius: 10 / 25 / 50 km.
- Voice: tap the 🎤 microphone, allow the microphone once, and speak. The words appear in the box and the search starts by itself. Internet is needed for voice.
- Each result has buttons such as Call, Map, Book or Order.

For shop ownersகடை உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு
- Open My Shop → Register a new shop. The form has coloured numbered steps: 1 shop details, 2 address (door no. and street, area, landmark, town, pincode). Your full address is shown live before you save.
- Choose your shop type from the coloured tiles. ZONID supports every local shop: grocery, vegetables & fruits, meat & fish, hotel & food, bakery & sweets, medical, mobile, electronics, home appliances, textiles, footwear, jewellery, furniture, hardware, books & stationery, gifts & toys, optical, pet shop, flowers, auto spare parts, two-wheeler showroom, four-wheeler showroom, used vehicles, salon, two- and four-wheeler mechanics, and Other.
- Stand outside at the shop's main entrance, under the open sky, and tap Register here. Approval: new shops become visible to customers after the ZONID team verifies them.
- Add products: open My Shop → Products → Add. It opens a full screen with four cards: Photo (camera or gallery), Details, Price and Availability. Type any category you like, or tap a quick-pick chip. The form changes with your shop type:
- Hotel / Bakery: choose 🟢 Veg, 🔴 Non-veg or 🟡 Egg. Stock counting is off, so the dish is always orderable while Available is on. Switch on “Limited quantity today” if you cook a fixed amount.
- Vehicle showrooms and used vehicles: enter brand, model, year, fuel and colour; for used vehicles also the kilometres driven and number of owners; then the price and the units available.
- Salon and mechanics: enter the service name and price; no stock is needed.
- Other shops: name, price, MRP (customers see the discount %), stock and unit (Piece, Kg, Litre, Plate, Dozen…).
- Use the Online / Offline switch. Offline shops cannot receive orders.
- When a customer orders, your phone rings a loud new-order alarm even when locked. Open the order and tap Accept or Reject. Stock reduces automatically when you accept.
- Update the status: Preparing → Ready for pickup → Completed. The customer is notified each time.
For reliable alarms: allow Notifications, set Battery to Unrestricted (Settings → Apps → ZONID → Battery), and keep the phone off silent.
- My Shop → Register a new shop திறங்கள். படிவம் வண்ண எண் படிகளாக இருக்கும்: 1 கடை விவரம், 2 முகவரி (கதவு எண், தெரு, ஏரியா, அடையாளம், ஊர், பின்கோடு). சேமிக்கும் முன் உங்கள் முழு முகவரி நேரடியாகத் தெரியும்.
- வண்ண tiles-ல் இருந்து உங்கள் கடை வகையைத் தேர்ந்தெடுங்கள். - கடையின் வெளியே முதன்மை வாசலில், திறந்த வானத்தின் கீழ் நின்று Register here தட்டுங்கள். ஒப்புதல்: ZONID குழு சரிபார்த்த பிறகே புதிய கடைகள் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்குத் தெரியும்.
- பொருட்களைச் சேர்க்க: My Shop → Products → Add. முழுத்திரை திறக்கும்; நான்கு அட்டைகள்: படம் (கேமரா / கேலரி), விவரம், விலை, கிடைப்பது. உங்களுக்கு விருப்பமான வகையை எழுதலாம், அல்லது quick-pick chip-ஐத் தட்டலாம். கடை வகைக்கு ஏற்ப படிவம் மாறும்:
- ஹோட்டல் / பேக்கரி: 🟢 சைவம், 🔴 அசைவம், 🟡 முட்டை தேர்ந்தெடுங்கள். இருப்புக் கணக்கு off; Available ஆன் என்றால் எப்போதும் ஆர்டர் செய்யலாம். குறிப்பிட்ட அளவே சமைத்தால் “இன்று குறைந்த அளவு” ஆன் செய்யுங்கள்.
- வாகன ஷோரூம், பழைய வாகனங்கள்: brand, model, வருடம், fuel, நிறம்; பழைய வாகனம் என்றால் ஓடிய கி.மீ, உரிமையாளர் எண்ணிக்கை; பிறகு விலை, கிடைக்கும் எண்ணிக்கை.
- சலூன், மெக்கானிக்: சேவையின் பெயர், விலை; இருப்பு தேவையில்லை.
- மற்ற கடைகள்: பெயர், விலை, MRP (வாடிக்கையாளருக்குத் தள்ளுபடி % தெரியும்), இருப்பு, அலகு (Piece, Kg, Litre, Plate, Dozen…).
- Online / Offline சுவிட்சைப் பயன்படுத்துங்கள். Offline கடைக்கு ஆர்டர் வராது.
- வாடிக்கையாளர் ஆர்டர் செய்தால் போன் பூட்டியிருந்தாலும் சத்தமான புதிய ஆர்டர் அலாரம் அடிக்கும். ஆர்டரைத் திறந்து Accept அல்லது Reject தட்டுங்கள். Accept செய்யும்போது இருப்பு தானாகக் குறையும்.
- நிலையைப் புதுப்பிக்கவும்: Preparing → Ready for pickup → Completed. ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு அறிவிப்பு செல்லும்.
அலாரம் நம்பகமாக வர: Notifications அனுமதி கொடுங்கள், Battery-ஐ Unrestricted ஆக்குங்கள் (Settings → Apps → ZONID → Battery), போனை சைலன்ட்டில் வைக்காதீர்கள்.
Taxi / Auto & vehiclesடாக்ஸி / ஆட்டோ & வாகனங்கள்
Customers
- Tap Book Taxi / Auto, then Find Taxi / Auto & book. Vehicles are listed with distance.
- Tap Call to phone the driver, or Book. Enter pickup and drop (type, or use your current location), time and a note, then Send request.
- The driver sends a fare with distance. You Accept or Decline.
- After you accept, use Live map to see the driver coming to your pickup.
- See all bookings under My Bookings. Waiting and active bookings stay open; old ones are small rows. Tap a row to open it.
Drivers / vehicle owners
- Register your vehicle (photo, number, phone, area). It becomes visible after ZONID verification.
- You get an alarm for each booking request. Send the fare, then complete the trip. Switch Available / Offline as needed.
Distances are approximate. Agree the final fare with the driver before the trip.
வாடிக்கையாளர்கள்
- Book Taxi / Auto தட்டி, Find Taxi / Auto & book தட்டுங்கள். வாகனங்கள் தூரத்துடன் காட்டப்படும்.

- டிரைவர் தூரத்துடன் கட்டணம் அனுப்புவார். நீங்கள் Accept அல்லது Decline செய்யலாம்.
- ஏற்ற பிறகு Live map-ல் டிரைவர் உங்கள் pickup-க்கு வருவதைப் பார்க்கலாம்.
- அனைத்து புக்கிங்குகளும் My Bookings-ல். காத்திருக்கும் / நடப்பவை திறந்தே இருக்கும்; பழையவை சிறிய வரிகளாக இருக்கும். வரியைத் தட்டினால் திறக்கும்.
டிரைவர்கள் / வாகன உரிமையாளர்கள்
- வாகனத்தைப் பதிவு செய்யுங்கள் (படம், எண், தொலைபேசி, பகுதி). ZONID சரிபார்த்த பிறகு தெரியும்.
- ஒவ்வொரு புக்கிங் கோரிக்கைக்கும் அலாரம் வரும். கட்டணத்தை அனுப்பி, பயணத்தை முடியுங்கள். தேவைக்கு ஏற்ப Available / Offline மாற்றுங்கள்.
தூரங்கள் தோராயமானவை. பயணத்துக்கு முன் டிரைவருடன் இறுதிக் கட்டணத்தை உறுதி செய்யுங்கள்.
Beauty parlour & salonபியூட்டி பார்லர் & சலூன்
ZONID has three kinds of shops here: 💅 Ladies Beauty Parlour, 💈 Gents Salon and 💇 Unisex Salon & Parlour. Tap the Beauty & Salon tile on the home screen.
Customers
- Tap Book / My Bookings. Use the search box and the filters All / Ladies / Gents / Open now. Each shop card shows its type, open hours, services (facial, waxing, threading, bridal makeup, haircut, shave…), facilities (AC, discount, home service, women staff only) and the price list.
- Tap Book, choose the day and time inside the opening hours, tap the services you want, add any other request and Send request.
- The shop replies with a time. You get a notification; accept or decline it in My Bookings. After sending, tap Show route to see the road from where you are to the shop, with distance and time.
Parlour and salon owners
- Open My Parlour / Salon → My shop details. Fill the six coloured cards: 1 shop type, 2 name, owner and mobile, 3 address in parts plus the map location, 4 opening and closing time, 5 services you offer and the price list, 6 facilities and the booking switch.
- Stand inside or at the main entrance of the shop, under the open sky, tap Use my current location, then Save. Customers need this to get the route.
- A banner at the top shows the approval status. New shops are shown to customers after ZONID verification. Booking requests arrive with an alarm; reply with a time in Booking requests.
- Switch Taking bookings off on holidays.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள்
- Book / My Bookings தட்டுங்கள். தேடல் பெட்டியையும் அனைத்தும் / மகளிர் / ஆண்கள் / இப்போது திறந்துள்ளது வடிகட்டிகளையும் பயன்படுத்துங்கள். ஒவ்வொரு கடை அட்டையிலும் வகை, திறக்கும் நேரம், சேவைகள் (ஃபேஷியல், வாக்ஸிங், த்ரெட்டிங், மணப்பெண் அலங்காரம், முடிவெட்டு, ஷேவ்…), வசதிகள் (ஏசி, தள்ளுபடி, வீட்டிற்கே சேவை, பெண் ஊழியர்கள் மட்டும்), விலைப் பட்டியல் தெரியும்.
- Book தட்டி, திறந்திருக்கும் நேரத்துக்குள் நாள், நேரத்தைத் தேர்ந்து, தேவையான சேவைகளைத் தட்டி, வேறு தேவை இருந்தால் எழுதி Send request தட்டுங்கள்.
- கடை ஒரு நேரத்தை அனுப்பும். அறிவிப்பு வரும்; My Bookings-ல் அதை ஏற்கலாம் அல்லது மறுக்கலாம். அனுப்பிய பிறகு Show route தட்டினால் நீங்கள் இருக்கும் இடத்திலிருந்து கடை வரை சாலை வழி, தூரம், நேரம் தெரியும்.
பார்லர் / சலூன் உரிமையாளர்கள்
- My Parlour / Salon → My shop details திறந்து ஆறு வண்ண அட்டைகளை நிரப்புங்கள்: 1 கடை வகை, 2 பெயர், உரிமையாளர், மொபைல், 3 முகவரி பகுதிகளாக + வரைபட இருப்பிடம், 4 திறக்கும் / மூடும் நேரம், 5 நீங்கள் செய்யும் சேவைகள், விலைப் பட்டியல், 6 வசதிகள், புக்கிங் சுவிட்ச்.
- கடையின் உள்ளே அல்லது முதன்மை வாசலில், திறந்த வானத்தின் கீழ் நின்று Use my current location தட்டி Save செய்யுங்கள். வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு வழி காட்ட இது தேவை.
- மேலே உள்ள பட்டி ஒப்புதல் நிலையைக் காட்டும். புதிய கடைகள் ZONID சரிபார்த்த பிறகே வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்குத் தெரியும். புக்கிங் கோரிக்கைகள் அலாரத்துடன் வரும்; Booking requests-ல் நேரத்தைப் பதிலாக அனுப்புங்கள்.

Workers & Jobsவேலையாட்கள் & வேலை
- Find a worker (electrician, plumber, painter…) near you, district-wide or anywhere, then call them.
- Workers: list your skills (up to 3 listings) with photo and phone.
- Job openings: employers post jobs (up to 10). A job stays for 30 days; tap Renew to extend.
- Job seekers: create a profile only if you agree. Others see only an approximate area (about 1 km), not your exact spot.
- See something wrong or fake? Tap Report on that listing.
- அருகில், மாவட்டம் முழுவதும் அல்லது எங்கும் உள்ள வேலையாட்களை (எலக்ட்ரீஷியன், பிளம்பர், பெயிண்டர்…) தேடி அழைக்கலாம்.
- வேலையாட்கள்: உங்கள் திறமைகளைப் படம், தொலைபேசியுடன் பட்டியலிடுங்கள் (3 வரை).
- வேலை வாய்ப்புகள்: வேலை அளிப்பவர்கள் வேலைகளைப் பதிவிடலாம் (10 வரை). ஒரு வேலை 30 நாள் இருக்கும்; நீட்டிக்க Renew தட்டுங்கள்.
- வேலை தேடுபவர்கள்: நீங்கள் சம்மதித்தால் மட்டுமே profile உருவாக்கப்படும். மற்றவர்களுக்கு தோராயமான பகுதி (சுமார் 1 கி.மீ) மட்டுமே தெரியும்; துல்லியமான இடம் தெரியாது.
- தவறான / போலிப் பட்டியலைக் கண்டால் அதில் Report தட்டுங்கள்.
Maps & routesவரைபடம் & வழி
Every Map button opens ZONID's own map on top of the current screen. It shows the place, the road route from your current location, the distance and the travel time. Press back to return. Your phone's location must be on, and internet is needed.

Safety & privacyபாதுகாப்பு & தனியுரிமை
- Never share your OTP — ZONID never asks for it.
- Your name, photo, mobile and address stay on your phone and are sent to a shop or driver only when you place an order or booking.
- Check vehicle and driver details before travelling. In an emergency call 112.
- Delete account is at the bottom of the home screen. See the Delete Account page for exactly what is removed.

I did not get the OTP.OTP வரவில்லை.
Check the number and network, wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. Too many attempts are blocked for a while; try again later.
எண், நெட்வொர்க்கைச் சரிபாருங்கள்; 60 வினாடி காத்திருந்து Resend தட்டுங்கள். அதிக முயற்சிகள் சிறிது நேரம் தடுக்கப்படும்; பிறகு முயலுங்கள்.
No shops show near me.அருகில் கடைகள் தெரியவில்லை.
Turn on GPS, allow location, and increase the radius. Only shops registered and approved on ZONID appear.
GPS-ஐ ஆன் செய்து, லொகேஷன் அனுமதி கொடுத்து, தூரத்தை அதிகரியுங்கள். ZONID-ல் பதிவு செய்து ஒப்புதல் பெற்ற கடைகள் மட்டுமே தெரியும்.
The ZONID app asks for location every time I order.ஆர்டர் செய்யும்போது லொகேஷன் கேட்கிறது.
That means location permission or the phone's GPS is off. Allow it or turn GPS on, then press Send again.

My profile is empty again.Profile மீண்டும் காலியாக உள்ளது.
The profile is stored only on your phone. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data removes it. Enter and save it again.
Profile உங்கள் போனில் மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படும். ஆப்பை மீண்டும் install செய்தாலோ data-வை clear செய்தாலோ அழியும். மீண்டும் உள்ளிட்டுச் சேமியுங்கள்.

Allow Notifications, set Battery to Unrestricted, keep the phone off silent / Do Not Disturb, and keep the shop Online.
