Getting startedதொடங்குவது எப்படி

  1. Install ZONID from Google Play and open it.
  2. A welcome box appears. Tap Continue and Allow Notifications and Location. If your phone's GPS is off, tap Turn on in the box Google shows.
  3. Login: enter your 10-digit mobile number, tap Send OTP, then type the 6-digit OTP from the SMS. Never share this OTP with anyone.
  4. Open your profile (round picture at the top-left) and save your name, photo, mobile number and address once. They are filled in automatically when you order or book. They are saved only on your phone; if you uninstall the app or clear its data you must enter them again.
  5. The app works in both Tamil and English.
  1. Google Play-ல் இருந்து ZONID-ஐ install செய்து திறங்கள்.

  4. மேல் இடது மூலையில் உள்ள வட்டப் படத்தைத் தட்டி உங்கள் பெயர், படம், மொபைல் எண், முகவரி ஆகியவற்றை ஒரு முறை சேமியுங்கள். ஆர்டர் / புக்கிங் செய்யும்போது அவை தானாக நிரம்பும். அவை உங்கள் போனில் மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படும்; ஆப்பை uninstall செய்தால் அல்லது data-வை clear செய்தால் மீண்டும் உள்ளிட வேண்டும்.
  5. ஆப் தமிழிலும் ஆங்கிலத்திலும் செயல்படும்.

Location IDLocation ID

A ZONID is a unique Location ID for a place such as your home, shop or office.

  1. Stand outside at the main entrance of the place, under the open sky, and tap Create Location ID on the home screen (GPS must be on).
  2. Wait a few seconds while ZONID takes an accurate GPS reading.
  3. Fill in the details asked and save. Your new ID appears under Saved IDs.
  4. Anyone can find the place with Search ZONID by typing the ID, then open it on the map.

Create the ID outside at the entrance, not inside the building. GPS is less accurate indoors, and the saved location is where you stood at that moment.

ID-ஐ கட்டடத்துக்குள் அல்ல, வெளியே வாசலில் உருவாக்குங்கள். உள்ளே GPS துல்லியம் குறையும்; அந்த நேரத்தில் நீங்கள் நின்ற இடமே சேமிக்கப்படும்.

Nearby shops & ordering (pickup)அருகிலுள்ள கடைகள் & ஆர்டர் (பிக்கப்)

You collect your order from the shop yourself. There is no delivery in this version, and payment is made at the shop.

  1. Tap Nearby Shops. Shops near you are listed with distance. A greyed shop is Offline and cannot take orders now.
  2. Open a shop, browse its products (photo, price, discount) and tap Add. Products that are out of stock cannot be added.
  3. Open the cart, check items and tap Place order. Your saved profile address, or your current GPS location, is sent to the shop.
  4. If your phone's location is off, ZONID shows a small box to turn it on; then press Send again.
  5. Track it in My Orders:

You get a notification each time the status changes. Use Go to shop to see the route on the map.

  2. கடையைத் திறந்து பொருட்களைப் (படம், விலை, தள்ளுபடி) பார்த்து Add தட்டுங்கள். இருப்பு இல்லாத பொருளைச் சேர்க்க முடியாது.
  3. Cart-ஐத் திறந்து பொருட்களைச் சரிபார்த்து Place order தட்டுங்கள். உங்கள் profile முகவரி அல்லது தற்போதைய GPS இடம் கடைக்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.
  4. போனின் லொகேஷன் ஆஃப் என்றால் ஆன் செய்ய ஒரு சிறிய பெட்டி வரும்; ஆன் செய்த பின் மீண்டும் Send தட்டுங்கள்.
  5. My Orders-ல் நிலையைப் பாருங்கள்:

Search by AI & voiceAI தேடல் & குரல்

Type what you need in Tamil, English or Tanglish. ZONID searches shops, salons, services, workers, jobs and items together.

  • Examples: salon, சலூன், medical shop, electrician, auto, milk.
  • Choose a search radius: 10 / 25 / 50 km.
  • Voice: tap the 🎤 microphone, allow the microphone once, and speak. The words appear in the box and the search starts by itself. Internet is needed for voice.
  • Each result has buttons such as Call, Map, Book or Order.

தேவையானதைத் தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம் அல்லது Tanglish-ல் தட்டச்சு செய்யுங்கள். கடைகள், சலூன்கள், சேவைகள், வேலையாட்கள், வேலைகள், பொருட்கள் அனைத்தும் ஒன்றாகத் தேடப்படும்.

  • எடுத்துக்காட்டு: salon, சலூன், medical shop, electrician, auto, பால்.
  • தேடல் தூரம் தேர்வு: 10 / 25 / 50 கி.மீ.
  • குரல்: 🎤 மைக்கைத் தட்டி, ஒரு முறை மைக் அனுமதி கொடுத்து பேசுங்கள். சொற்கள் பெட்டியில் தோன்றி தானாகத் தேடும். குரலுக்கு இணையம் தேவை.

For shop ownersகடை உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு

  1. Open My Shop → Register a new shop. Stand outside at the shop's main entrance, under the open sky, and tap Register here. Then enter the shop name, category, phone and address.
  2. Approval: new shops become visible to customers after the ZONID team verifies them.
  3. Add products: name, photo (camera or gallery), price, discount and stock. Turn stock tracking off for made-to-order items (hotel food) so they are always orderable while Available.
  4. Use the Online / Offline switch. Offline shops cannot receive orders.
  5. When a customer orders, your phone rings a loud new-order alarm even when locked. Open the order and tap Accept or Reject. Stock reduces automatically when you accept.
  6. Update the status: Preparing → Ready for pickup → Completed. The customer is notified each time.

For reliable alarms: allow Notifications, set Battery to Unrestricted (Settings → Apps → ZONID → Battery), and keep the phone off silent.

  1. My Shop → Register a new shop திறந்து, கடையின் வெளியே முதன்மை வாசலில், திறந்த வானத்தின் கீழ் நின்று Register here தட்டுங்கள். பிறகு கடைப் பெயர், வகை, தொலைபேசி, முகவரியை உள்ளிடுங்கள்.
  2. ஒப்புதல்: ZONID குழு சரிபார்த்த பிறகே புதிய கடைகள் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்குத் தெரியும்.
  3. பொருட்களைச் சேர்க்கவும்: பெயர், படம் (கேமரா / கேலரி), விலை, தள்ளுபடி, இருப்பு. ஆர்டரின் பேரில் தயாராகும் உணவுக்கு (ஹோட்டல்) இருப்புக் கணக்கை off செய்யுங்கள்; அப்போது Available என்றால் எப்போதும் ஆர்டர் செய்யலாம்.
  4. Online / Offline சுவிட்சைப் பயன்படுத்துங்கள். Offline கடைக்கு ஆர்டர் வராது.
  5. வாடிக்கையாளர் ஆர்டர் செய்தால் போன் பூட்டியிருந்தாலும் சத்தமான புதிய ஆர்டர் அலாரம் அடிக்கும். ஆர்டரைத் திறந்து Accept அல்லது Reject தட்டுங்கள். Accept செய்யும்போது இருப்பு தானாகக் குறையும்.
  6. நிலையைப் புதுப்பிக்கவும்: Preparing → Ready for pickup → Completed. ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு அறிவிப்பு செல்லும்.

அலாரம் நம்பகமாக வர: Notifications அனுமதி கொடுங்கள், Battery-ஐ Unrestricted ஆக்குங்கள் (Settings → Apps → ZONID → Battery), போனை சைலன்ட்டில் வைக்காதீர்கள்.

Taxi / Auto & vehiclesடாக்ஸி / ஆட்டோ & வாகனங்கள்

Customers

  1. Tap Book Taxi / Auto, then Find Taxi / Auto & book. Vehicles are listed with distance.
  2. Tap Call to phone the driver, or Book. Enter pickup and drop (type, or use your current location), time and a note, then Send request.
  3. The driver sends a fare with distance. You Accept or Decline.
  4. After you accept, use Live map to see the driver coming to your pickup.
  5. See all bookings under My Bookings. Waiting and active bookings stay open; old ones are small rows. Tap a row to open it.

Drivers / vehicle owners

  1. Register your vehicle (photo, number, phone, area). It becomes visible after ZONID verification.
  2. You get an alarm for each booking request. Send the fare, then complete the trip. Switch Available / Offline as needed.

Distances are approximate. Agree the final fare with the driver before the trip.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள்

  1. Book Taxi / Auto தட்டி, Find Taxi / Auto & book தட்டுங்கள். வாகனங்கள் தூரத்துடன் காட்டப்படும்.

  3. டிரைவர் தூரத்துடன் கட்டணம் அனுப்புவார். நீங்கள் Accept அல்லது Decline செய்யலாம்.
  4. ஏற்ற பிறகு Live map-ல் டிரைவர் உங்கள் pickup-க்கு வருவதைப் பார்க்கலாம்.
  5. அனைத்து புக்கிங்குகளும் My Bookings-ல். காத்திருக்கும் / நடப்பவை திறந்தே இருக்கும்; பழையவை சிறிய வரிகளாக இருக்கும். வரியைத் தட்டினால் திறக்கும்.

டிரைவர்கள் / வாகன உரிமையாளர்கள்

  1. வாகனத்தைப் பதிவு செய்யுங்கள் (படம், எண், தொலைபேசி, பகுதி). ZONID சரிபார்த்த பிறகு தெரியும்.
  2. ஒவ்வொரு புக்கிங் கோரிக்கைக்கும் அலாரம் வரும். கட்டணத்தை அனுப்பி, பயணத்தை முடியுங்கள். தேவைக்கு ஏற்ப Available / Offline மாற்றுங்கள்.

தூரங்கள் தோராயமானவை. பயணத்துக்கு முன் டிரைவருடன் இறுதிக் கட்டணத்தை உறுதி செய்யுங்கள்.

Salon bookingசலூன் புக்கிங்

Customers

  1. Tap Salon (or search “salon”). Each salon shows open hours, AC and discount.
  2. Tap Book, choose the day and time inside the salon's open hours, add your service (haircut, shave…) and Send request.
  3. After sending, tap Show route to see the road route from where you are to the salon, with distance and time. You can also use 🗺 Route in My Bookings.

Salon owners

  1. Open Salon → My salon details. Enter name, address, phone, open and close time, AC and discount.
  2. Stand outside at the salon's main entrance, under the open sky, and tap Use my current location, then Save. Customers need this to get the route.
  3. New salons are shown to customers after ZONID verification. Booking requests arrive with an alarm; accept or reject them in Requests.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள்

  1. Salon தட்டுங்கள் (அல்லது “சலூன்” எனத் தேடுங்கள்). ஒவ்வொரு சலூனுக்கும் திறக்கும் நேரம், AC, தள்ளுபடி காட்டப்படும்.

  3. அனுப்பிய பிறகு Show route தட்டினால், நீங்கள் இருக்கும் இடத்திலிருந்து சலூன் வரை சாலை வழி, தூரம், நேரம் தெரியும். My Bookings-ல் உள்ள 🗺 Route பட்டனையும் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.

சலூன் உரிமையாளர்கள்

  1. Salon → My salon details திறந்து பெயர், முகவரி, தொலைபேசி, திறக்கும் / மூடும் நேரம், AC, தள்ளுபடியை உள்ளிடுங்கள்.
  2. சலூனின் வெளியே முதன்மை வாசலில், திறந்த வானத்தின் கீழ் நின்று Use my current location தட்டி Save செய்யுங்கள். வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு வழி காட்ட இது தேவை.
  3. புதிய சலூன்கள் ZONID சரிபார்த்த பிறகே வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்குத் தெரியும். புக்கிங் கோரிக்கைகள் அலாரத்துடன் வரும்; Requests-ல் ஏற்கலாம் அல்லது மறுக்கலாம்.

Workers & Jobsவேலையாட்கள் & வேலை

  • Find a worker (electrician, plumber, painter…) near you, district-wide or anywhere, then call them.
  • Workers: list your skills (up to 3 listings) with photo and phone.
  • Job openings: employers post jobs (up to 10). A job stays for 30 days; tap Renew to extend.
  • Job seekers: create a profile only if you agree. Others see only an approximate area (about 1 km), not your exact spot.
  • See something wrong or fake? Tap Report on that listing.
  • அருகில், மாவட்டம் முழுவதும் அல்லது எங்கும் உள்ள வேலையாட்களை (எலக்ட்ரீஷியன், பிளம்பர், பெயிண்டர்…) தேடி அழைக்கலாம்.
  • வேலையாட்கள்: உங்கள் திறமைகளைப் படம், தொலைபேசியுடன் பட்டியலிடுங்கள் (3 வரை).
  • வேலை வாய்ப்புகள்: வேலை அளிப்பவர்கள் வேலைகளைப் பதிவிடலாம் (10 வரை). ஒரு வேலை 30 நாள் இருக்கும்; நீட்டிக்க Renew தட்டுங்கள்.
  • வேலை தேடுபவர்கள்: நீங்கள் சம்மதித்தால் மட்டுமே profile உருவாக்கப்படும். மற்றவர்களுக்கு தோராயமான பகுதி (சுமார் 1 கி.மீ) மட்டுமே தெரியும்; துல்லியமான இடம் தெரியாது.
  • தவறான / போலிப் பட்டியலைக் கண்டால் அதில் Report தட்டுங்கள்.

Maps & routesவரைபடம் & வழி

Every Map button opens ZONID's own map on top of the current screen. It shows the place, the road route from your current location, the distance and the travel time. Press back to return. Your phone's location must be on, and internet is needed.

Safety & privacyபாதுகாப்பு & தனியுரிமை

  • Never share your OTP — ZONID never asks for it.
  • Your name, photo, mobile and address stay on your phone and are sent to a shop or driver only when you place an order or booking.
  • Check vehicle and driver details before travelling. In an emergency call 112.
  • Delete account is at the bottom of the home screen. See the Delete Account page for exactly what is removed.
  • Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Problems & answersபிரச்சனைகள் & தீர்வுகள்

I did not get the OTP.OTP வரவில்லை.

Check the number and network, wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. Too many attempts are blocked for a while; try again later.

எண், நெட்வொர்க்கைச் சரிபாருங்கள்; 60 வினாடி காத்திருந்து Resend தட்டுங்கள். அதிக முயற்சிகள் சிறிது நேரம் தடுக்கப்படும்; பிறகு முயலுங்கள்.

No shops show near me.அருகில் கடைகள் தெரியவில்லை.

Turn on GPS, allow location, and increase the radius. Only shops registered and approved on ZONID appear.

GPS-ஐ ஆன் செய்து, லொகேஷன் அனுமதி கொடுத்து, தூரத்தை அதிகரியுங்கள். ZONID-ல் பதிவு செய்து ஒப்புதல் பெற்ற கடைகள் மட்டுமே தெரியும்.

The ZONID app asks for location every time I order.ஆர்டர் செய்யும்போது லொகேஷன் கேட்கிறது.

That means location permission or the phone's GPS is off. Allow it or turn GPS on, then press Send again.

My profile is empty again.Profile மீண்டும் காலியாக உள்ளது.

The profile is stored only on your phone. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data removes it. Enter and save it again.
